Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Compelling Sales Scripts: Utilize provided scripts to communicate effectively with clients, presenting product offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Conduct Client Meetings: Engage in virtual meetings with clients, building rapport and understanding their needs to ensure personalized support and service.
- Identify and Provide Tailored Solutions: Assess clients' unique needs and deliver solutions that align with their goals, enhancing value and satisfaction.
- Strengthen Client Relationships: Foster trust and loyalty by offering knowledgeable guidance and continuous support, positioning yourself as a valuable resource.
- Collaborate on Team Goals: Work closely with colleagues to enhance client experiences and drive team-wide success, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales/leadership role preferably, ambitious, highly motivated & self-driven
- Exceptional Communication: Strong ability to build rapport, leading question, calm, confident & in control.
- Leadership Skills: A natural mentor, coachable, able to inspire and lead by example within a fast-paced, remote environment.
- License Preferred: Insurance licensing preferred; we provide support for the licensing process if needed.
